So its several months since my last post but no the less here is what’s been going on.

Cocoa Bean went on hold indefinitely on 29th of Oct (didn’t make the proposed Live date for Nov) but the site is back on development and a new LIVE date will be announced soon (Thanks Joe).
ViTrends project (google Apps) is now on development. lookout for updates.
ngoneprojects is now LIVE and Active.

Adobe onAIR Bus Tour Highlights

The Adobe onAIR Bus Tour was pretty cool. Apart from abundance of food, drinks and games the presentations were well organized thanks to the well prepared guys.

The most impressive presentations for me were:

Building AIR applications with HTML and JavaScript by Kevin Hoyt who also demonstrated how to leverage the Adobe AIR command line tools to enable development of HTML and JavaScript based applications. …. ofcourse i liked the gui tools better especially the Dreamweaver CS3 plugin (beta 1)
Introduction to the Embedded Database API by Christian Cantrell was another very enlightening presentation which dealt more with the use of SQLlite in Adobe AIR apps.
A cool Adobe AIR app sample by Alan Queen called digimix.

I will be posting links to some of the presentations as soon as they are available (thanks to Mike Chambers) and if the bus is coming to a city near you, definitely make a point of attending.

After weeks of dawdling, re-dos and re-touches, i finally had to endure an all-night-er to pull this off.
WApart from the new fresh layout, valid css, xhtml (yes , i dare you validate!) and cool new tricks (featured feeds, flickr pic feeds) this has turned out to be my most challenging project so far in terms of managing the project.

I will be posting screen shots of previous versions of the site, and i’m waiting to hear from all of you.

back from the Sabbatical

Ok im back after the long abscence. I have been quite engrossed in a couple of endevors lately and im so excited about this particular project i’m busting at the seams.
Apart from the new design and layout here are soem of the other stuff that has been keeping me busy.

HFG pipe finally got the facelift it needed, but a whole lot of functions are in testing right now.
I joined David Bennett at a Conference in Norcross GA and running the cameras was too much fun. I will be documenting this experience in detail soon.
If i didnt run into you at the SES Conference or at the Google party in San Jose in August. You missed a whole lot (especially at the Google party)
Finally “the company” is in a descent building. Everything is Ok apart from the Internet connection (The slowskyâ€™s would even find this extremely awful).
